How to receive your donations.
Every organization is offered three ways to receive their donations. These choices are:
a) Pick up your donations at a Donation Depot. NOTE: We currently do not have a Donation Depot. You may have picked up your donations previously at Chalmers Capitol Ford or Bob Turner Ford however, providing free shipping of donations to nonprofits in the area was unfortunately cut from their budget. They paid a monthly advertising fee on the website and on gift certificates that covered all costs of shipping donations to nonprofits. We thank them for this service to our community.We hope to have a new Donation Depot in the near future to support free shipping.

b) Pay using Paypal to have your donations shipped directly to your location via regular mail.

- Rush Delivery (3-5 days, premium rates apply, as charged by the postal system – any amount of donations)
This fee covers regular shipping costs (by post office weight of packages) and associated handling transportation costs to get the printed gift certificates to the facility.

c) Use your courier service for overnight delivery
Printing is not done in state so please allow enough time for printing and processing. We make every attempt to accommodate rush orders on the same day.

NON-RUSH OPTIONS:
#1: UP to THREE DONATIONS: $3.99 standard shipping and handling fee (up to 250g weight)
Your invoice will show a $.01 charge since that field will not process a zero balance, shipping is added at $3.98 making the total shipping and handling $3.99.
#2: UP TO SIX DONATIONS: $7.65 standard shipping and handling fee (250-500g weight)
The invoice will show payment to eMerging Marketing Concepts, the parent company of AlbuquerqueDonations.com. Weights vary depending on the amount of donations you receive, this is a flat rate for donations not exceeding 500grams, usually 4-6 donations. There is no tracking for this option, we log the date your donations are sent via regular mail and times vary depending on the time of year.
Your invoice will show a $.01 charge since that field will not process a zero balance, shipping is added at $7.64 making the total shipping and handling $7.65.
Rush delivery : $27.99 shipping and handling fee, any amount of donations
This option provides a tracking number. If you request, we can also email the display materials to you for preparation in advance of your event when a rush is requested.
This is a 3-5 day delivery options with a tracking number. The cost is shown as $.01 since that field will not process a zero balance making the shipping line $27.98 for total shipping and handling $27.99.
